Brian Epstein story moving to TV with more to come

Sonar Entertainment announced March 7 it has optioned the rights to “The Fifth Beatle: The Brian Epstein Story,” the New York Times best-selling graphic novel about the Beatles manager written by Vivek J. Tiwary and will develop it for TV as a multi-part event series instead of a feature film as previously planned. The new project will be written by Tiwary, who will also serve as executive producer, according to Tom Patricia, Executive Vice President of Event Series at Sonar Entertainment who announced the deal.
